Hello I need to know how to download the text that comes in the image, I have not been able to separate it from the menu

To add space between menu and content you may use the margin-bottom option provided within TemplateToaster, to apply menu bottom margin please follow the steps
Open TemplateToaster->Menu->Layout->Margin->Bottom
