Why term & condition tick box in woo commerce not appear using theme created from template toaster?

Step taken

1) Create word press template without content from template toaster

2) Export as zip with woo commerce compatible

3) Woo commerce setting with term & condition set to term & condition page

4) Add product to cart & try to checkout, term & condition tick box does not appear

5) Unable to proceed to payment page

How to make term & condition box appear at checkout page?

Hi,

Please GoTo TemplateToaster -> Elements -> Checkbox -> Tick the isdefault option.
