How can I keep "Post Navigation" from appearing on blog pages

The text "Post Navigation" appears on my blog pages after you click the "Continue Reading".
See it at this link....

It is right above the Title and appears automatically for some reason. I don't know what it is for but it doesn't seem to do anything.
How can I make this stop happening.

Hi,
You can hide the 'Post Navigation' from Wordpress admin -> Theme options -> General -> Display Post Navigation -> Off -> Save.
