Where are the wrong column classes coming from?

Question

I have my content section set to 1 column but at larger window sizes it is getting columns and all squishing to the side on the front page.  It is being added via the classes in the screenshot.  This might have something to do with the content block.  Is this something that Template Toaster is setting or am I missing something?
