Menu background is transparent when sticky menu is applied

The menu has a white background, but when you start to lower the menu with the web page, the background disappears and remains transparent, I attach an image.
What should be done or where is the color option in the sticky menu

Thanks for letting us know about the situation, we'd love to help you with this.

The sticky menu always displays the same background color which you apply on the menu bar. 

In the screenshot, it seems the transparent background is applied to the menu. Please once change the background color to white. Steps to change the background to white: Menu tab-> Background-> White
