Main Navigation not working in Internet Explorere

Help! For some reason my main navigation is working fine in Firefox and Opera but it is not working in Internet Explorer. Seems to be The menu items without submenus work fine but the submenus don't work.

Please help. I need to go live and this needs resolved.
