Can not add more slideshows

Question

We have a theme we are using, it has it's own template for the Front Page. I went to add 5 slideshows to the page and the only problem I've run into there is that it has only three and there are no add / remove buttons in the top left as the KB indicates there should be.

I've done google and alike, but can not find what is wrong - ideas?

TemplateToaster provides an option for adding more slides in the slideshow on the Home page. Please first select the home page in the page list then slideshow -> add slides using (+/-) icons.
