Transparent parts

I'm creating WP template and I'd like to use one picture as background for whole site. How to change header, footer and pages to transparent so site background is visible

To make all the sections (header, menu, footer, etc ) transparent with an image as the body background, please follow the following steps:

TemplateToaster-> go to BODY->Background-> set background accordingly.

Go to CONTAINER->Background-> set background transparent.

Go to HEADER-> Background-> set background transparent (repeat these steps for all the sections header, menu, footer, etc ).
