can't use page builder on wordpress

I just update a theme wordpress if i try to create new page using the custom editor doesn't work as you can see in the image also if i try to make an article. Why?

To add a new page content using the Custom editor you can simply add row and cell by clicking on the plus (+) icon accordingly for a single cell, 2cell per row, 3cells and so on.
