Menu like Nike?

Can this be achieved with TT?

http://www.nike.com/us/en_us/

I need it responsive but I need basically like Nike's where I can position the elements and still be responsive and the menus to drop down with images that are clickable. Can that be achieved?

It is Mega Menu, please see attached screenshot for the mega menu selection button in TemplateToaster.
