Drupal users are happy?

Question

Well, I was just thinking to buy TT because they have Drupal 8 support, but I'm a little disappointed reading the forums about unresposnive company, and as happened to Artisteer, with forum full of no-answers from the company.

I was an Artisteer user, and later Themler, but Themler has not Drupal 8 support. Now, I was directed to buy TT but now I have my doubts. I would like to know from Drupal users how happy they are using TT for Drupal 8 sites (if there are site examples, better).

I too had Drupal and other issues with Artisteer and switched to Template Toaster and have found them to be responsive.

I currently have a problem (images not keeping aspect ratio on scaling) and got prompt response albeit suggesting something in my configuration was interfering with the TT CSS. At least it has given me a direction to explore.
