I want to make Wordpress themes in Hungarian. Do I have to Poedit the en_En file or is there another way to have text appear in Hungarian? :?:

Yes, you have to edit the Po file to get it in Hungarian text.
1.Go to your theme then open languages folder.
2.Open tt-language.pot in poedit and translate it.
3.Save as that file with extension .po and the same name as your Hungarian translation file (located in wordpress->wp-content->languages)has.
