WC3 Validation - Extra Div Added Under Footer

Hi

Running the Validator produces this issue:

There is an extra closing </div> .  There are three opening ones and four closing ones.  Anyone got any idea how to resolve this? Thanks.

I've only tested a few pages but they all produce the same result so I expect they all will as the extra </div> has something to do with TT footer widget area.
