TT template vs ordinary free template

TT template menu confusion vs free Twenty Fourteen menu perfect order.
I'm interested in why the ordinary free template is much better than TT template that I paid $ 149?

Hi,

As you can design same as TwentySixteen theme menu from TemplateToaster ->Menu. Or you can use sample templates from here.
