3-line Business name and address in header

Question

I would like to have our business name and address as a Text Area in the Header.  I want the information to appear like:

Business Name
123 Main Street
Anytown, ST 12345

I am using a "shift-return" to force a new line between each line.  It previews fine in TemplateToaster, but when I export the theme and activate it, it shows like this instead:

Business Name123
Main StreetAnytown, ST 12345

It seems that the forced line breaks are not being saved or used.

How can I insert a line break (BR) to make the business name and address be on 3 lines?

It looks like I needed to just use a normal "return" instead of a "shift-return".
