How to make the image move like Zoom mode When Move mouse.

Question

How to make the image can move like zoom mode or be black color when I move my mouse to that image? I didn't found anything  for realize the mode I want like the sample when I insert image or change image to the page for this?

The styles will applied automatically as you will change your image in TemplateToaster..

Yes, I mean this can automatically if I change the image in same theme (just change image). But How to apply this, IF I want to add another image in another page  or another theme and need the image can move like zoom if I point the mouse to that image? Is this using special "Code "?

This effect is found in the Web Cannons template on the Home and Works pages. Is it possible to add the very same effect to different template that uses static (not moving) images?
