Page editor does not work

Wordpress page editor looks very strange in ver 4.4.2

Only showing add column graphics - no editor buttons or edit pane

Hi,

You cannot see any editor buttons as in the default wp editor because in TemplateToaster blog page show your latest posts i.e by default blog page is set to posts.So on the blog page, you only see add column graphics.

   This happens on all pages. I get no text editing icons although I can see the html code.
