Building a website that will allow to demo/ preview themes live!

Question

My question on this TT V6  is it possible to build a theme website that will allow me to sell homemade themes with a built in theme previewer? Basically I want to build a theme that will allow me to Live preview themes for sale. I'm not really interested in screen shots, but I am interested in live previews. Thank you.
