Draw Module Position for Tablet and Mobile Views

Question 1

The Widget Area Draw button only is available in the desktop view and is not in option under tablet and mobile. This seems to give me no option but to delete my widgets on tablet and mobile versions. Any solution for this?

I think I answered my own question. I can draw on the desktop version, then delete it and it will still appear on the other versions.

Nope, when I delete from desktop it deletes the mobile version also.
