FOREGROUND IMAGE IN HEADER NOT DISPLAYED ON WEBSITE Wordpress

Question

I have the latest version installed when I export my template out and install it in wordpress one of the foreground images is not showing. I have found that the file is not converting correctly. the css is calling for the jpg but the image is still png.
