Google button (similar) - plugin

...I've tried to search for a plugin but I didn't find what I need... Do you know a good one?

Hi,

I would like to tell you that the button on the top right corner of google is not the Drop down menu, its the app launcher. So, try to search "Google App Launcher Style Drop down Plugin".
