How to set the dots on the right side of the page

in Wordpress Themes by yogajap (900 points)
I mean the dots on the right side of the page. How can I set them?
related to an answer for: side-button menu (see templatetoasster new home page)

Hi, This is the full page slide effect. Try to use plugin for it, there are various WordPress plugins available related to it.
