Change which sidebar shows first in the mobile view wordpress

Question

I need to change which sidebar shows first in the mobile view of a website can can help me with this please.

It has content and 2 sidebars to the right. When you look at it on a phone it is showing the right sidebar first and not the left one we should be able to tell it which one we want to show first. Can you help me with this and maybe add a way in the future version to adjust this.
