Activation

Question

Hi,

I Activated my copy of template toaster about 2 days ago and now it needs activating again which I cant do. can someone tell me how to fix this?

Are you getting any error message while try to activate again using your license key ?

the only message I get is:

Activation limit has been reached.

the first time it worked perfectly. I did a test design, exported etc, after activation. then second time a couple of days later, I tried it again, just changed a couple of colors, then exported and I got evaluation version over the images. I then when to file, help, and Mode was Trial again.

I just added more activations to your license, try activating TemplateToaster again with your license key.

thank you for increasing the activation limit.

I've just activated and rebooted a couple of times and its stayed activated. I don't know why it didn't the first time around as its not crashed.

I'm having exactly the same problem now. Yesterday I installed TT on a Virtual Guest (I'm a Mac user) and today it's on trial mode again. I try again to activate, and says the limit has been reached. Can you help me?

Just added one more activation to your license, it should work now.

hi guys

I just downloaded this (apparently) awesome program on my VMWare running on a MacBook Pro 17' os 16.+ but when I try to activate the licence/program, I get the following response:

"a socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network 192.168.1.5:5656"

so I am currently stuck. Any help out there? Cheers to you all

We fixed that activation issue in latest TemplateToaster 1.5.1.4160 version, it can be downloaded from our downloads page.

Hi guys after nearly 2 solid days spent attempting to register the program, I am back on the forum. This is the scenario I am facing:

I am using a MacBook Pro 17" (Mac OS X 10.6.8) on which I have VMware fusion. There I run XP Pro version 2002 SP3, on which I have selected programs. When I try and activate TT, this is the message I get:
connection to proxy host on port failed

I also have a Dell XPS laptop running Vista and, on the same network connection, I successfully installed TT (standard version). I do not want use the Dell for my web work though, everything else is on my Mac.

Is there any way that we can manually activate the program or does anybody out there have a solution to this issue?
