Adding module position to header area

How do I add a module position into the header area like I can in Artisteer (seriously thinking about changing over to TT)?

It is very easy, while designing a Joomla template go to Module Positions Tab from top Tools, now click "dray" and draw a Module Position anywhere on Header, Menu or Footer. You can see the attached screenshot for more details.
For more details you can refer to following demo video, it is for WordPress Widget Areas but scenario is almost the same for Joomla Module Positions:
