No sidebars nor header...strange

Question

Hello....I recently made changes to a template and uploaded it to my site and it only shows the "Content" area...no header nor sidebars. So i came back to TT and tested the template in the browser and sure enough no header nor sidebars. Anyone have any ideas? I removed TT from my computer and reinstalled it with the release that came out today and still the same thing. :?: :?: :?: :?: I put a screenshot of the test template in the browser on here.

Let me know if you are adding any custom file in TemplateToaster Folder after installing it.
