Administration Menu disappears

Many of us use the Administration Menu toolbar style module. On the theme I created when the page refreshes, it appears for less than a second and then disappears. If I change to a stock theme, the tool bar reappears.

This is in Drupal 7.

We fixed this issue in 1.5.2.4195 version.
