Background with 50% transparency in the menu

Where can I put the background of the menu at 50% transparency so that it can remain as a transparent background at 50%, please help

TemplateToaster allows you to make your menu transparency according to your need. Follow the steps to make menu transparency

Open TemplateToaster->Your Template->Menu->Background->More->Transparency->Set accordingly
