Reorder pages & Menu Items

How do I reorder the pages and menu items without re-entering ALL of them?

You can reorder the menu items just by modifying the existing menu items. For this Go to TemplateToaster -> Menu -> Add/Edit Menu Item -> Select the menu item in dialog box -> Modify.
Then Change it's Header to desired page at that position and replace extrernal url with the url of desired page.
For example: Suppose you want to swap Home with Contact then you need to select Home and then Click on Modify. Then change Header name with Contact and External Url with contact.html and same you need to do it for Contact. You can check the url and Header of a menu item by selecting that menu item and click on modify.
