Header Background not mobile / responsive

Hi,

i think template toaster is bootstrap?

So when i insert a header background (1920x180) on mobile preview (smartphone) its not resizing like bootstrap must be!
I have to manually code this after exporting the theme. Can you fix it for future update so that i dont have to code after exporting manually?
