Contact Form Not Working

Question

Hello I have created a contact form and added my email as the admin email. I have uploaded it to my website but when I send emails to myself, I receive nothing. I found the PHP script to check to see if my email was written in the code and it is. It is uploaded to a server and the website works. HOWEVER, I never receive the email. All spam is open and I ensured my email is open to accept. Do you have any advice?
