Can the Left Sidebar stack under the Content on Mobile?

I can't seem to find anything on it.  I'm trying to get the Left Sidebar to stack under the Content area instead of on top when it switches to Mobile in a way that I don't have to manually change it every time I export the Drupal theme.  Is this natively possible or will I have to jury rig it somehow?

Hello, If you want to add the Sidebar at the bottom of Content in Mobile view, please add Right Right Sidebar/Right Sidebar on Desktop. On the mobile view, it will display at the bottom of Content.

Also, if you want to add Left sidebar on Desktop View, please add Left Right Sidebar on Desktop and hide the Left Sidebar on Mobile view.
