How do you get a frame around the entire title and metadata together in Joomla?

To apply frame around post title and metadata, please follow the steps provided below :

Go to TemplateToaster -> Joomla -> Blog page -> Content -> Post -> Article title -> Style -> Both.

I have done exactly what you describe but it does not work when I have uploaded and installed the template so the frame is only around the title. Not around metadata.
Try to create a new template yourself and add style to both. Upload and install and you will see for yourself that the frame is only around the title itself and not around the metadata. Then click on the title and you will see that the frame is wrong there as well.
It's the same problem with the background color.
