Why can't I change the font size and color in a Joomla module?

Question

I am trying to change the look as e.g. font size and color of the contents of a module but does not make it work. Several of the other menu options do not seem to work either. Am I ont the wrong menu?

Hello,

1. To change the Text color of Module's Content on Home Page, please follow the following steps:

Double click on the text > Editor tab will open > Change Text color from Fonts section

2. On Blog Page, You can change Text Color of Modules by following steps :

Modules tab > Content Section > Content Properties > Text > Color
