If someone experienced in TemplateToaster 8 application can solve my problem.

The Responsive menu can only be activated when viewing the website on Iphones or smartphones, while if viewing on

desktop or tablet remain visible horizontally?

IT seems you are discussing about the responsive hamburger menu, to enable hamburger menu please follow the steps provided below:

Go to TemplateToaster -> Menu -> Submenu -> Select Hamburger checkbox
