Installing Template in OpenCart fails

when installing an theme in opencart, the installer fails with:

Fehlercode (0): Error: Table 'usrdb_supoonml.oc_setting' doesn't exist
Error No: 1146
UPDATE oc_setting SET value='catalog/logo.png' WHERE oc_setting.key='config_logo'; in /home/supoonml/www.superium.eu/system/library/db/mysqli.php Zeile 40

what to do?

Please mention the Opencart version as well as TemplateToaster version you are using at your end.

OC version is 2.3.0.2
