Too many css Files at SEO Check

I had created some templates in the last years with TemplateToaster an in summary all templates has some fialure at SEO checks:

- more than three CSS Files in one template

- more than three external java Script Files

For example https://anjas-schokostuebchen.de or https://butsch-comnet.de

Is it possible to combine some css or js files?

also my concern, the product needs to improve its assets (css and js) not optimized in the digital world.
