How to set the body or container to 100% width?

Is there a means within the TT designer to set the width of the container or body to 100%?

All I'm seeing is pixel (px) settings.

Yes there are options to set Container Width equal to 100% in TemplateToaster itself. To achieve this open TemplateToaster => Container tab => Set "Layout" to Fluid and "Width" to 100%.
