Size of website

I have made a template. and looks good. but when i open it in a smaller window its all pushed together and al the buttons are out of order. how can i set the template to not resize the site but stay the same.

i think its just 1 setting that he must auto size it.

Maybe should he click "Responsive desgin" in the same tab ?
