grid layout

Question

Hi , All Desktop tool that compute html css code are base on its own grid/layout or use CSS framework like bootstrap but there is many other base on css or preprocessor .
I search on the forum and i find no documentation relative to preprocessor or grid layout .
it is strange since gantry , artisteer , Template creator give this kind of information .
Perhaps i miss something ? any links available ?
