Joomla-JCE different headings in frontend and backend

I don't know if it is a Joomla-, TT- or JCE-issue but my backend-designed headings look different in colour and height in the frontend. In JCE I referenced the template.css of my TT-Template. Does anybody know how I can achieve real WYSIWYG?
