Prestashop template don't work

After update a theme with the guide when I set it the site don't load...what can I do?

Please mention which version of TemplateToaster as well as Prestashop you are using so that we can guide you accordingly.

I tried templatetoaster 6 and the beta of 7 with prestashop 1.6 and 1.7 but don't work in every cases and the guide don't explain how upload for prestashop 1.7
