Full page content?

Hi all,

I'm trying to use full page (100%) images in my content - mainly for dramatic effect on the home page - but I'm getting margins/padding around the edges.  Page is definitely set to 100%, and header/menu displays perfectly to the edge of the page - but can't get page content to 100%.

I've removed every margin/padding setting I can find.  I've tried adding module positions with no padding/margin, but still not getting full page width.  The end result is acceptable (I can live with it), but not exactly what I'm looking for.  Any help/suggestions  would be appreciated.
