How to expand on click on mobile devices

Hello,

the template at http://vlasta.vedko.com works fine but I cannot figure out what to do to expand menu "on click"
on mobile devices. 

This is actually CMS but based on HTML Template toaster template.

To Expand the menu 'On click'  please  follow the given steps:

Go To TemplateToaster -> Home -> Menu tab -> Submenu -> Open On -> Enable the click option.
