jquery not work

Question 1

hello,
I made my template with templatetoaster and I have the following setting in virtuemart (Use VirtueMart jquery have enabled) than option one page checkout does not work. can anyone tell me why.
if I switch off then it works, but then disappear the selection buttons. Visitors can not see what choice they make because there is then no visual event.

Is there anyone who can tell me why jquery not working.
