Align text and image center without using table

Question

Hi,

I'm trying to align an image and some text in the center of a page as if it were a row in a table, but without using a table.

Just like this, but with the image and text centered and maintaining the same look. I can achieve this using a table with 2 cells, but would rather not use a table as this causes some problems in layout when in mobile phone view.
