Fluid Menu inside header

Hi TT,
I have my menu inside the header with fluid layout which looks fine in TT but as soon as I preview and on live site the menu is not full length of header and wraps after a certain length as you can see in the second image. Can you let me know if this is fixable please?

By looking at the URL provided it seems that the issue has been solved.

No it has not been resolved, I have just gone back to a previous fixed template.
