non working links

Question

Since the last update I seem to be having a problem with certain links. The breadcrumb links aren't links anymore, the pointer remains as such rather than the hand although the formatting is correct. The 'see by' links in Jevents are the same. If you log in incorrectly the edit profile page has non responsive user and password boxes.
If I use a template made before the update no problem, everthing works as you'd expect. :?

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Just to add I've gone back to the previous version of TT from @Dec12th and it won't load the templates from the later version as either unsupported or corrupt....hmmm :?:
