how to change background color menu on scrolling

hello,

i can't change backgroung color menu scrolling

 

css code : { template > css > template_rtl.css }

{
 position:fixed;
 top:0;
 z-index:999;
 width:100% !important;
}
.scrolling
{
 background-color: #424241 !important;
}

 

javascript code { template > index.php }

The problem was solved
I added the following code to scrolling class :

z-index: 9999;
position: fixed;
right: 0;
top: 0;
}
