How come my the icons in my footer is not in line when i tried viewing it from 2 different computers?

I tried to arrange the icons such that it looks the same on the 3 different devices. but when i use 2 different computers, they don't align at all. How do I fix this?

Can you please mention your screen resolutions  of both computer in which you are viewing your website and please provide your URL of your website.

thanks for the reply! One is 1920 x 1080 on a desktop and the other is 2048 x 1280 on my laptop.
